Fingers paddles Finis Instinct Paddles are uniquelly designed but at the same time maximally simple swimming tool for technique practice of all four strokes. The swimming paddles have ergonomically advanced design and shape, which helps the swimmer to the right palm and fingers position when swimming. The help to realize so called "high elbow" at stroke and they allow to do the beginning of the stroke - traction by hand and forearm without the elbow compression into the lower position. That provides maximum effective stroke. Instinct Paddles also allow to highlight possible stroke's mistakes and thereby to show the swimmer what should he focus on to get the stroke correctly. The paddles are in 2 sizes M and L. They don't have and strings or straps.
