A board and a biscuit in one, that's the Speedo Elite Pullkick board.
The board is made of a nice foam material that is beautifully light and water resistant.
I have tried using the Speedo Pullkick as both a board and a sponge. As a board it floats very well and the difference from a normal sized board is negligible. Its shape offers several different ways to hold it. I recommend grabbing the plate across the entire surface and resting your hands and wrists on it for good weight distribution on the plate.
When using the plate as a biscuit, I was a little bothered by how it pulled my feet to the surface. It may be uncomfortable for competitive swimmers , but beginners and fit swimmers who have trouble keeping their feet near the surface will appreciate it. I recommend putting the board between your thighs away from your torso, otherwise it will pull your butt up and then you will arch your back. To keep the board from slipping out, you need to grip it very tightly between your legs. But this is only a minor flaw, which is balanced out by the fact that the board doesn't rub your thighs when you swim your arms, fits nicely in your backpack, and is really perfect for swimming your legs.
I would recommend this board to anyone who goes swimming at multiple pools and wants to reduce the number of gear they have to take everywhere.
The dimensions of the Speedo Elite Pullkick swim board are 260 x 220 x 40mm.
EVA material (ethylene vinyl acetate) - This foam material is flexible, elastic and light. It is very durable, waterproof and is also resistant to UV radiation.
