Swimming paddles Finis Bolster Paddles are a perfect tool for strength improvement and to acquire technical skills. The are suitable mainly for crawl swimming, but they can be use also for other swimming strokes. These paddles have an extended shape up to the forearm, which prevents the flexion of the wrist. The paddles hold the arm in the correct position.
Finis Bolster Paddles maintain the high elbow of the swimmer when swimming. They are attached to the hand with velcro fastening straps on the wrist and silicone strap over the fingers.
The paddles are in universal size for adult swimmers. One package contains a pair of the swimming paddles.
