Thanks to their shorter and wider profile, they are particularly suitable for fast, high-frequency kicking. The silicone material used to make the Swimaholic CoolFins is significantly softer and more flexible compared to similar fins from other manufacturers. This means the fins won’t press as hard, and your ankles won’t hurt during longer training sessions.
The fins are different for the left and right foot, so be careful. It’s written on the fins, but you can also tell by the cutout for the big toe. I had the chance to try them out and was surprised by how soft they are. They’re easy to put on and don’t slip off your feet. I was a little worried that the strap might dig into my heel, but even during more intense training, it didn’t cause any discomfort.
