It is made of soft 2mm neoprene with a hard nylon layer on the sides. It fastens with Velcro. This makes it easy to put on and take off. The neoprene also provides excellent body support. It is made in such a way that it does not restrict the baby's movement. The neoprene can be complemented with Happy Nappy swimwear, which does not need a nappy.
