Hydration and energy with less sugar: With 92 calories and less than 10 grams of sugar per serving, HYDRATE is a lighter alternative to standard sports and energy drinks.

Electrolyte blend: Contains natural sea salt, sodium citrate, potassium, magnesium, and calcium—essential minerals that effectively replenish minerals lost through sweat.

Complex carbohydrates for sustained energy: Contains a combination of easily digestible complex and simple carbohydrates that maintain stable blood sugar levels during training. A great natural alternative to sports drinks for athletes involved in sports such as tennis, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, rowing and other paddle sports, gymnastics, golf, as well as yoga, cycling, and strength training.

Pure natural ingredients: Made from 100% natural ingredients. Naturally flavored with real lemons and strawberries for great taste. No artificial flavors, sweeteners, colors, or dyes.

Recommended use: Mix one serving of HYDRATE with 500 ml of water. Consume before and during workouts lasting up to 90 minutes, or anytime for quick rehydration.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, sucrose, citric acid, magnesium gluconate, sea salt, sodium citrate, calcium gluconate, potassium chloride, natural flavors
