The BornToSwim Swimrun Backpack Buoy is a swim buoy that can be used for both swimming and running. You can either wear the buoy on your back while running or use it while swimming in open water, where you shouldn't be missed thanks to the bright color. But you can also use it as a backpack when cycling or walking.
The buoy has an adjustable strap that allows you to clip it to your waist when swimming in open water and lean on the buoy if you run out of strength. It also has removable straps on the back that make it wearable as a backpack. The buoy can store a variety of items, whether it's a towel, a t-shirt or even a phone. It will keep them completely dry. Thanks to the wide valve, you can comfortably inflate it.
The buoy has a capacity of 20L and its dimensions are 35x70cm. The adjustable waist strap has a length of 60-120cm and the removable straps for carrying on the back have a length of 70-90cm.
